SUBJECT NAME: Ditzy "Derpy" Hooves
STATUS: Failed, catanonic
MEDICAL NOTES: Lazy eyes and slurred voice. Not anything too major.
EVENT: Miss Hooves was brought in on December 17th, 6234, at 7:05 pm, as a test subject for chemical reactions on the weaker yet faster pegasus race. After 30 minutes and 42.3 seconds, she began reacting badly, injuring most off the hospital staff and murdering Dr. Breeze.
